Free Shipping Across India: All our products are shipped free of charge PAN India.

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Holiday Orders: Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or other recognized holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are shipped via reputed courier partners and typically take 3 to 5 business days to arrive, depending on the delivery location.

Please provide a complete street address, including a pincode and nearest landmark, to avoid delays.

Delivery Attempts and Recipient Responsibility

Delivery Attempts:

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, the package will be returned to our warehouse.

Refunds and re-shipping of returned orders will be handled as per our Return and Refund Policy.

No Signature Guarantee:

Proof of signature may not be possible for all deliveries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they or an authorized person are available to receive the package.

Damaged or Missing Items

Customers must report any issues, such as damage, incorrect items, or missing products, within 12 hours of receiving the package by emailing support@luxurefragrances.com.

Claims will be resolved as per our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations, refunds, and non-returnable items will be handled as per our Return and Refund Policy.
